Upon getting the two leadership growth areas agreed with the manager, the leader can publish the LGAs on the coaching platform. You will receive both an email titled “Leadership Growth Areas Published” and a platform notification informing you that the leader has published their two LGAs. This can be verified on the coaching platform by following the steps below.
Steps:
Go to “My Leaders”
Click inside the window with the leader’s name
Click on Show LGAs in the left upper corner, right under the leader’s name
Click on Hide LGAs to hide the menu displaying the two leadership growth areas
