Important

What tips do you have to host a successful online coaching session?

Make sure you use an external webcam, as opposed to the built-in webcam of your laptop or computer. A headset with wires is highly recommended, as opposed to a Bluetooth/wireless headphone/headset.

Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet via an Ethernet cable as well, rather than a connection via WiFi.

Which video meeting platform is best to use?

Here are some suggestions:

Due to the recent privacy and security issues surrounding the Zoom videoconferencing platform, our coaches are requested to opt for a different videoconferencing service for the ING coaching engagements. 

Please note that:

You need to be able to host sessions with 3 or more participants for the meetings with leader, manager, and HR. Therefore please make sure that the version you sign up  for allows you to host meetings with 3 or more participants. Some free versions might only allow 1:1 meetings or have a time limit for meetings with more than 2 participants.

 

Who should I go for tech support for video meetings?

Please contact the Technical Support Team of your videoconferencing service provider for tech support.

 

Can I record the sessions?

Please note that as per our agreement with the client, coaches are prohibited from recording any meetings (introductory and coaching sessions) with the leaders they are working with.
