What does the leader see on their view of the Coaching Platform?
The Leader view of the Coaching Platform is quite different from the Coach view. Here is a short introduction to the Leader view of the Coaching Platform.
Does the leader have access to any resources? (i.e. the materials from eLearning)
Please feel free to use the screen share option during the sessions. Also, if there are any materials you wish to share with the leaders via email, you may do so. Based on the current client agreement, there is no content sharing option on the coaching platform. This might change in the near future since various leaders and coaches have asked about this.
