How does the leader search for a coach on the Coaching Platform? Are there any available filters for the leader to use?
There are very few ‘filters’ leaders have access to. Once they see a list of coaches, they will have the opportunity to review each coach profile to review things like cultural backgrounds, exposures, experience, etc. This is why it is important to highlight your personal experiences, because this can (and will) speak to leaders comparing your profile to the next person’s.
How are coaching sessions scheduled?
Scheduling the introductory session, as well as scheduling the coaching sessions are the leader’s responsibility. These features are only available on the Leader’s view on the Coaching Platform. Rest assured, the leader will receive email reminders in case they forget to schedule the next session.

What’s the minimum time a leader has to choose a coach?
There is no set timeline for the leader to select a coach, since it depends on several factors, including their schedule and the number of introductory sessions they have booked. You will be notified both when the leader selects you as their coach and if they decide to select a different coach.
The leader has decided to select a different coach. Will I receive feedback on why I have not been selected?
Please note that most leaders do not share with us the reasons behind their decision on the coach they choose to work with for their leadership growth. However, in case they justify their decision and agree on us sharing their feedback with the coach, we do share the feedback with the coach as well.
I just got selected without having an introductory session with my leader first. Is this possible?
The Coaching Platform allows leaders to select their coach without completing an introductory session beforehand.
Will the leader go through a 360 assessment?
Leaders participating in this program will not go through a 360 assessment. However, some leaders might have a 360 report, some leaders might be in the process of a 360, this varies from leader to leader. We do not make it mandatory for the leaders that have participated in a 360 to share the report with their coach, however, they can, if they choose to do so, in which case you can use the report. However, implementing a 360 assessment is not a part of the coaching process.
