Are the “Languages” and “Locations” sections in the Coaching Platform connected to my coach profile?
The languages and locations included in your profile on the Coaching Platform are the same with those from your written coach profile, that you were able to review together with our professional profile writer. The information in the “Languages” section on the Coaching Platform should be accurate, as this will be the main filter that leaders will use when browsing for coaches. In principle, you would not need to change these settings. And please note that updating your languages and locations in the platform does NOT impact any info on your coach profile. These systems are separate.
I need to remove/add languages under the “Languages” section on the Coaching Platform. How can I make sure these changes are reflected in my coach profile?
Update your coaching languages on the Coaching Platform. To reflect any changes in languages for your written coach profile, please email us at CoachSupport@SCCoaching.com, and we will update it. Please feel free to limit your updates at this point, as your coach profile should be of excellent quality at this stage already.
The locations/countries I indicated in the dashboard of the Coaching Platform are quite different from the locations in my written coach profile. Should my written coach profile be changed?
No. No need to worry about that.
How can I see my written coach profile on the Coaching Platform?
You can verify your written coach profile in the Settings section on the Coaching Platform, by clicking on “View profile”.
Will my profile picture be automatically updated in my written coach profile?
No. Make sure that the profile picture you upload on the Coaching Platform is the same as the one you included in your written coach profile.
How can I update my coach profile on the Coaching Platform ?
You are not able to edit your coach profile directly on the Coaching Platform at this point. If you would like any major changes to be made to your current written profile, please email us at CoachSupport@SCCoaching.com, and we will be happy to assist.
Why can’t I update my coach profile directly?
Multi-national clients like ING have chosen to work with us because we are accepted as a multinational coaching provider. Having a consistent and unified brand is therefore important. For this reason we manage and maintain coach profiles in collaboration with our coaches.
