What is the maximum number of introductory sessions I can have?
The maximum number of introductory sessions you can have is 2 x the number of the available engagements from your total number of coaching engagements from your profile. If you put in your profile 10 leaders then you will be able to have a maximum of 20 introductory sessions. If you put in 5 leaders, it will be 10. These numbers will decrease as you get selected to coach leaders. (e.g. once you start an engagement and you have 9 available engagements left, this means you can have 18 introductory sessions). If you do not get selected as coach, this number gets reset to the initial number.
Every introductory session is estimated to last for 20 mins although 30 mins is blocked out in the coach’s schedule to provide room between sessions for the coach (e.g. session runs longer, breaktime, admin, follow up).
Where can I indicate the number of leaders I want to coach?
You will be able to indicate the number of leaders in your profile. Currently this is set at 10 coaching engagements (i.e. 10 leaders). You can reduce this number if you like. Please do not increase this number. 10 means that you can coach a maximum of 10 leaders at a given point in time. Which means that when you finish an engagement with a leader, then you can take on a new leader again. This all goes automatically.
What coaching languages I am being positioned for?
In your coach profile you have indicated your working languages. Leaders can choose the languages they prefer for coaching and this will be matched with coaches who have these working languages.
